The user profile is the login identity used to reach accounts. Its functions are available from the user menu in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit User Profile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Edit User Profile holds the personal details shown across the application and the password change action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the user menu and select Edit User Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Change the field values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Given Name<\/strong> and Surname<\/strong> are required. Clearing either field displays a validation error directly above that field, and the save is held until a value is entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cancelling the edit discards the changes and keeps the stored values. Saved values appear consistently everywhere the name or display name is shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Password change is performed in Edit User Profile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Language side panel sets the application language. The setting is stored with the user profile and applies across accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Signatures are stored locally for the open account. The Signatures panel is available when an account is open, and the signatures created there belong to that account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Select a creation mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        2. Enter the message in the dialog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Attach a screenshot, optionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Submit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          A confirmation message is displayed after submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Profile deletion is handled manually by the support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. The Request user deletion<\/strong> page opens and states that deletion is handled manually by the support team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Click Contact Support<\/strong>. The mail action opens for contacting support.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
