An account holds your documents, business partners, templates, and settings. You create it from your user profile after signing up<\/a>, and choose whether it is a Firemn\u00e9<\/strong> account for a company or a Osobn\u00e9<\/strong> account for an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Autofill<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Autofill applies to the Business type for companies registered in Switzerland, Czechia, or Slovakia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Autofill runs automatically and completes Company Name, Address, and the country-specific Company ID and VAT format from the official registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \u2139\ufe0f The same autofill is available when creating a Business (Company) business partner registered in these countries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Multiple Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The number of accounts is unlimited<\/strong>. Each account carries its own subscription and is billed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accounts can be organized into groups on the My Accounts page. Groups support create, edit, delete, and selection of an account inside a group. These groups organize the entry screen and are separate from user-permission groups inside an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Subscription and Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Each account carries its own subscription. The plan and billing cycle are selected at creation and changed in Settings \u2192 Subscriptions & Billing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Account Groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The plan governs account limits, including the number of users. At the user limit, adding a user displays an Update plan<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Lock, delete, and recover actions are in Settings \u2192 My Account \u2192 General<\/strong>, under Business Account Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Locking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      A locked account is blocked from normal use and retains its data. An Administrator<\/strong> performs the unlock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Deletion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The deletion countdown is 30 days<\/strong> and applies to all accounts and plans. The account is recoverable at any point within the countdown. Deletion completes when the countdown ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When an Administrator initiates deletion, a full archive of all documents and records is available for download before removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
