All diese Schritte werden im Dokumenteditor ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dokument erstellen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starten Sie ein neues Dokument auf eine von zwei Arten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">W\u00e4hlen Sie im Men\u00fc <strong>Neu<\/strong> die Option <strong>Dokument<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u00dcber den Schnellzugriff <strong>Neues Dokument<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Dadurch wird die Seite <strong>Neues Dokument erstellen<\/strong> ge\u00f6ffnet. Dort werden die dem Konto zugewiesenen Vorlagen nach Dokumenttyp gruppiert angezeigt (z. B. \u201e300 \u2013 Verkaufsauftr\u00e4ge\u201c, \u201e500 \u2013 Abrechnung und Fakturierung\u201c). Sie k\u00f6nnen nach Namen suchen, nach <strong>Workspace<\/strong> filtern oder \u00fcber <strong>Weitere Vorlagen<\/strong> die vollst\u00e4ndige Bibliothek \u00f6ffnen. Verwenden Sie zuerst <strong>Entwurf speichern<\/strong> \u2013 dadurch wird das Dokument erstellt, im Dashboard angezeigt und die Optionen f\u00fcr Genehmigung und Unterzeichnung werden aktiviert.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Der Dokumenteditor verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen linken Bereich mit drei Registerkarten: Dokumentansicht, <strong>Anh\u00e4nge<\/strong> und <strong>Einstellungen<\/strong>. Der linke Bereich enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Workspace<\/strong> \u2014 weist das Dokument einem Workspace zu. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig ist <strong>Nicht zugewiesen<\/strong> ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Dokumentzustellung<\/strong> \u2014 legt fest, wie das Dokument zugestellt wird (siehe Zustellungsarten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Erforderliche Daten<\/strong> \u2014 eine Checkliste der Felder, die vor dem Senden des Dokuments ausgef\u00fcllt sein m\u00fcssen. Die Felder sind in <strong>Mein Konto \/ Kontoinformationen<\/strong> (z. B. Unternehmensname), <strong>Partner \/ Partner-Kontoinformationen<\/strong> (Gesch\u00e4ftspartner) und <strong>Dokumentdaten \/ Datumsangaben und Referenzen<\/strong> (Dokumentdatum) gruppiert. Ein gr\u00fcnes H\u00e4kchen kennzeichnet jeden vollst\u00e4ndig ausgef\u00fcllten Eintrag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">F\u00fcllen Sie die Dokumentfelder direkt in der Vorschau aus. Positionen werden aus <strong>Artikel<\/strong> in den Stammdaten hinzugef\u00fcgt; in der Auswahlliste werden nur aktive Artikel angezeigt. Die Summen \u2013 Nettobetrag, Steuer und Dokumentwert \u2013 werden automatisch in der unter <strong>Einstellungen<\/strong> festgelegten Standardw\u00e4hrung des Kontos berechnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u00dcber die Symbolleiste k\u00f6nnen Sie die Vorschau vergr\u00f6\u00dfern oder verkleinern und die <strong>PDF-Vorschau<\/strong> \u00f6ffnen. Dadurch wird der Dialog <strong>Genehmiger des Absenders hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/strong> ge\u00f6ffnet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">W\u00e4hlen Sie eine <strong>Genehmigungsliste<\/strong> nach Namen aus oder suchen Sie unter <strong>Genehmigungsbenutzer<\/strong> nach Benutzernamen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Markieren Sie die Genehmiger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Klicken Sie auf <strong>Genehmiger hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inaktive Genehmigungslisten werden nicht angezeigt. Die gew\u00e4hlte Unterzeichnungsmethode bestimmt den Ablauf: <strong>Einfach (nur Klick)<\/strong> genehmigt das Dokument per Klick, w\u00e4hrend <strong>Unterzeichnung<\/strong> eine Signatur erfordert. Die Unterzeichnung gilt f\u00fcr alle Dokumente, deren Methode auf \u201eUnterzeichnung\u201c gesetzt ist, und nicht nur f\u00fcr extern zugestellte Dokumente. Signaturen werden im Benutzerprofil eingerichtet; externe Empf\u00e4nger unterzeichnen \u00fcber das Externe Gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Bei mehreren Genehmigern m\u00fcssen alle zustimmen, damit das Dokument den Status <strong>Abgeschlossen | Akzeptiert<\/strong> erh\u00e4lt. Eine einzige <strong>Ablehnung<\/strong> beendet den Genehmigungsprozess mit dem Status <strong>Abgeschlossen | Abgelehnt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Der Absender kann ein Dokument \u00fcber <strong>Workflow manuell beenden<\/strong> im Men\u00fc \u201eMehr\u201c manuell abschlie\u00dfen. Dabei wird der endg\u00fcltige Status \u2013 Abgeschlossen Akzeptiert oder Abgeschlossen Abgelehnt \u2013 ausgew\u00e4hlt und ein Kommentar hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\"
